Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how products purchased from ZULAK NASKAR are delivered to you. All our products are digital downloads — nothing is shipped physically.

1. Mode of Delivery

Immediately after a successful payment, your download link is delivered digitally to the email address and WhatsApp number you provided during checkout. No physical goods are shipped and no courier or shipping charges apply.

2. Delivery Timeline

Delivery is instant in almost all cases — you will receive access within a few seconds of your payment being confirmed. In rare cases of network or payment-gateway delay, delivery may take up to 24 hours from the time of successful payment.

3. Correct Contact Details

It is your responsibility to enter a valid email address and an active WhatsApp number at checkout. If incorrect details are provided, delivery may fail. In such cases, write to us with your transaction ID and we will resend the access to the corrected details.

4. Not Received Your Files?

Please check your Spam / Promotions folder and your WhatsApp message requests first. If you still have not received your product within 24 hours of successful payment, contact us at engineers69hub@gmail.com with your Order ID / transaction ID and we will resolve it on priority.

5. Access Validity

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, access to the purchased files is lifetime and can be downloaded to your own device. We recommend saving a copy of the files after download.

6. Shipping Charges

As all products are digital, there are no shipping, handling or delivery charges. The price shown at checkout is the final amount payable.
